To order a refill, please call (608) 263-9950. Please allow 24 hours for your prescription to be filled.
Mail out service for refill prescriptions:
- You must have a billing account established at the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital. A bill will be mailed to you.
- There is an added charge for U.S. Mail or UPS. Please allow at least 3 days for delivery.
- If you need next day FedEx delivery, please call the pharmacy at (608) 263-9950 to arrange special delivery.

Unfortunately, we are not able to help you with poison information questions. Please contact the ASPCA Poison Control Center 24-hour hotline at 888-426-4435. A consultation fee may apply.
